The ultimate goal of the Folk School is to provide housing (and breakfast and lunch) at our own facility. This is still in the future.
Downtown Noblesville still looks, feels and acts like a small Indiana town. The uncontrolled urban sprawl rings down, but has little effect on our neighborhood. Ideally we'd like our guest to "run the gaunlet", get into old town and stay in old town.
In the meantime we try to make housing as simple as possible for you. I've not begun to make arrangements yet, but here are some options.
Camping:
White River Campground is a county owned campground a few miles north of town on White River. It's lovely and quiet. It's about 9 miles from the school.

We've a commercial campground, also on the river at Clare called Riverbend. I don't know much about it. It's a bit closer at 5 1/2 miles from the school.

Bed and Breakfasts
This is a beautiful house! Sycamore Knoll is also on the river. The owner's mother has taken some of our classes. It's about 4 miles from the school.

Right in town there is a small bed and breakfast, The Picket Gate. It's 3/4 of a mile from the school.

Motels
We've three motels. Right in the heart of our urban sprawl. Students have stayed at all three with no complaints.
