I ordered a hat from Bluestone more than three months ago. My credit card was charged although I was told the hat was back ordered. Since then, I have received several emails encouraging me, among other things, to support Bluestone by buying a hat. No mention was made of backorders. I have made three polite and friendly inquiries as to my order and received no reply. Most recently, I received an email with a picture of a pumpkin wearing a hat in the color I ordered. I have called and left voice mail and not gotten an answer. I no longer feel that I am dealing in good faith with Bluestone. The cost of the hat is a minor matter, but the quick acceptance of my payment, followed by stonewalling my inquiries has led me to question their honesty.
