Greetings from The Barnkickers

Postby bassfiddlesteve on Tue Apr 29, 2008 9:35 am

Greetings, my name is Steve and I am a professional musician. One of my favorite musical projects is a duo in which I perform original and vintage music with my daughter Amanda. We are called The Barnkickers and here is our web site: http://www.myspace.com/thebarnkickers and our latest music video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bnxt_E3o7HI

We will be performing at the Bushman Ukulele Luau, which takes place in Nashville, Indiana on May 30th, and 31st. Here's the link http://www.ukuleleluau.com. We utilize the ukulele in our performances (as well as clarinet, acoustic guitar and string bass) and we hope to play at more ukulele or acoustic music based events.

I enjoyed the Blue Stone Folk School web site and I wish there was something similar in our part of the country (Florida). I found this site because of the ukulele workshops and Rebecca Zapen concert the school is hosting. Thanks for letting me introduce myself on this forum (I hope you didn't find it to be too much like shameless self-promotion).

Welcome!

I've heard great things about you and your music! I wish that I could get down to Nashville and hear you in May. I hope that we have a chance to see you in Noblesville one of these days.
